Am I going to loose muscle?

Yesterday I did my chest workout at 12 which was relatively hard and a meal high in protein. 3 hours later I laid in bed for 2 hours trying to go to sleep but never did. I had dinner at 6:30 with 600 cal of mostly protein and carbs. From 7:00 pm to 9:30 am I've been in a car sitting in a comfortable position but can only manage to take like 5-10 minute naps (probably 6 of them) and have eaten a cliff bar and 2 servings of nuts eaten 3 hours apart from each other.????? Am I ending going to loose muscle from my lack of sleep????? And was my workout wasted??????? I had plenty of water throughout the day/night
