How can i become stick thin? How can i motivate myself to stop eating?

I really want to lose 15 pounds( I am 5'6 and weigh 135 pounds) I know a lot of my weight is muscle because i have abs and im a swimmer. But I'm still too fat. How can i motivate myself to eat a lot less and start skipping meals. My diet is healthy the only meat i eat is fish and i only eat carbs at breakfast. But i usually eat fruits and i know they are fattening from the carbs and sugars. For lunch i eat a veggie burger(no bun) or salmon. My problem really is dinner.. because i dont get home from swim until around 8. so i eat late. How can i motivate myself to eat only one meal a day. And does anyone know any diet pills that work and where can i get them?
