Low Carbs? or Low Fat? You decide?

They both play a roll, in general Id say Low fat all day. Also it depends how active you are during the day carbs are used in the body for energy. When they are not put to use they will be stored as fat. From my experience id say only eat what you put out. Eat to live dont live to eat and when you do eat dont over do it. Theres alot of small things that we can do before going to the diets that don't fit who we are. But in the end if you eat 10g of fat in one day but intake 3500 calories you're going to be on the same boat taking you somewhere you don't want to go. Hope this helps and goodluck!
