I have a 97 nitro 800 lxs when it starts it will run and idle fine u take off and it will only get up to abouy?

2500 rpms and won't plane out have had carbs worke on and still does it at one point u could turn hard to the left and it would take off but now won't even do that it is a 120 powerforxe tracker what do I do?
