Is it normal that I'm losing weight this fast?

I've been on an intense diet for a week now and I've lost nearly 10lbs in 7 days. I basically eat fruit, lean protein and carbs for breakfast. Then the rest of my meals are just fruit and veggies. I workout 3-4 times per day for 30mins each. I'm 6'3" 234 (was 244 when I started) my goal is 210lbs. So is it normal that I'm just dropping the weight to fast.
