Any tips for my 97 gsxr srad 750 cant get it to run right?

engine bogs out or has a lag getting out gear in 2000-3500rpm mostly from dead stop in first and second mainly. and either floods out or stalls on me Ive had 2 diff shops already check it, first shop said carb prob.paid ($275) to cleanout carbs and resync...2nd place said still a carb prob. i paid again ($300) to have carbs cleaned and resynced but also upgraded to stage one jets($117) due to upgraded exhaust. shop said need bigger needles thats why its not running right. upon checking out bike i have bad stator and rotor($460) new jets new stator n rotor and bike still runs like sh1t! ANY IDEAS OR TIPS I CAN TRY PLEASE HELP !
