Are dogs smart enough to be manipulative?

any living thing, smart enough o learn can be manipulative. it can learn what behaviors you like and what rewards they get, so they will keep doing it to get what they want. also, if they know that when they bark or cry, you will give them what they want, they will keep doing it.. so yes, dogs are smart enough to be manipulative
