Haha well first off with your height your body wont even out the way you think with that method. Try insted to prepare about 9 meals, 5 of them being snacks, like your morning bowl of cherios, then later on an apple, or bannah, pear, pb&j.. if you eat little snacks instead of big meals or cutting back you'll lose more weight easier. And if you really want to dig in on that cake take a .5 mi jog. This is healthier.
