Do a mixture of weights and running. Start with cardio for ten minutes, and then do 3-4 different exercises with weights, then do cardio again and repeat the sequence. This is called circuit training and will burn away the fat super fast. You should consume at least 8 glasses of water per day. Stop eating 2 and a half hours before bed. Avoid dehydrated fruits, fresh fruits are much better for you. Eat a lot of meat to cleanse and few carbs and fats if possible.
