Ideally you should be getting vitamins from food. Your body does not process vitamins from pills as well as it does from food. If you eat fruits and vegitables, you do not need to worry about vitamins. You more likely need to worry about calcium, which is vital at your age! Make sure to drink milk! It is during your teenage years that you need calcium! If you dont get it now, when you are older, you will get a hunchback, and then it will be too late to reverse!
