How to deal with hunger?

I've changed my eating habits and work out at least 4 days a week. I've dropped about 10 pounds in 2 months. Just recently I've been feeling super hungry all of the time! I drink tons of water and eat plenty of lean protein, complex carbs, fruits, veggies, and dairy. I eat around 1400-1600 calories per day. What should I do to keep myself from eating more food? Please help, I want to continue losing about 30 more pounds. I've tried chewing gum, but this doesn't work for me. Thanks :)
