You control all of North and South America and your opponent has armies stationed at all the opposite entry points across the seas. It is your turn now before him and you also have 5 cards, you will get 40 reinforcements. Do you place your reinforcements all in one spot, or do you spread them out along the seaport entry points to your lands?
