Losing belly-fat is trick the key is to start with cardio and then once you have the endurance attempt abdominal exercises. I would say the best thing it to alternate the muscles you work out. Do squats and pull-up to work the upper and lower abs and to do the side which are the toughest I would suggest find exercises that involves a lot of twisting. I found that a good way to do all of the above is to play tennis. It will help you so much. Plus lots of hot guys!!!! Another thing to do is to get a exercise machine to try to get some resistance that will help to amplify the results. One of the first things I did was work against gravity do some situps while laying opposite to the slight decline on the workout bench.
