If your f2p stick to 30 attack or get 45 for gravite 2h, which also requires 45 dungoneering but hits hard. Anyway if your strictly f2p just stay 40 attack, get mage to about enough for TB, which is 85 I think, not quite sure but just google it, and get ranged/str to 99 and you should be good ;)
