What are your worst experiences with betting and/or gambling?

Lost 800 euro on a soccer match betting in running. Team was 1-0 up with 20 mins to go .... i bet at odds of 1/4 (to win 200 euro) that there would be no more than 3 goals in the game ..... final score 3-1 :(
