Why IS no one answering my question?

Everyone is going to be different when it comes to the breakdown of your calories. What you are doing right now is pretty well balanced. Is it working for you? If yes, then continue with what you are doing. If not, then you can play with the percentages. You should also consider when you are taking the nutrients in, or at what time of the day you are eating certain foods. Sticking with a higher percentage of carbohydrates earlier in the day is best for fueling your body. As the day gets older, eat a higher percentage of protein from lean sources such as turkey, chicken, eggs. Be sure to eat plenty of vegetables throughout the day and limit your fruit intake to the morning hours because of its sugar content.
