How can I lose about 20 pounds in the next five months?

I'm fourteen, I run, and I watch the calories I eat. I've lost about 15 pounds already since last September, but I would like to lose more still. I haven't lost anything since then. What should I watch, and what should I eat for meals? What exercise can I get? What foods must I stay away from? What should I do about Carbs? Calories? Fat? Sugar? How do I know how much to eat of each? How can I find this out? Which should I watch more? Thank you SO much.
