I want to open a new reinforcement language center but I don't know what to do firs.?

I know that I have to register a physical place, but the problem is I am afraid that I will fail marketing or advertising it, therefore it will fail to get students. I need some help or guidance on professional steps: How to open it, how to enormous my resources, when to print receipt vouchers, and how to market it well (how to get students). And kindly I need to know possible problems that may affect the reputation of my center and how to avoid / solve it quickly.
