What am I doing wrong with weight loss?! (carb problems)?

One way to go about it if you want to have the quick weight loss of low carbs (not the best way to go) is to cycle periods of low carb eating. A better way in my opinion is to eat according to the glycemic index (GI). It really isn't about carbs as whole but the wrong carbs. The article below discusses eating according to the GI index.
