Will someone make a exercise/diet plan for me please?
What i do is in the morning i eat Special K cereals (: i suggest the red berries one, but it's completely up to you, i just think it tastes better, atleast to me it does (: For lunch you can eat a salad or cereal again, or a protein bar. And for dinner eat anything you like !(: something healthy is suggested thoughh say chicken with vegetables ? That's extremely healthy. But don't eat after 7 (: You already do a good job of being active. Ohh and if you want it to be faster, you could also drink a glass of water with lime in it (nothing else in it just lime !) every morning, (this causes yout o have to go to the restroom more often and that helps lose weight !) it's working for me. I lost 4 pounds the first 3 or 4 days !(:
