We clean our river rock shower floor, but there's a discoloration in the center. What can we do?

It seems obvious that it's darker due to the oils from our feet, but it looks weird and I'd like to find a way to equalize the look. After all, it's only 4 months old! We're cleaning with a water/vinegar solution.
